Your order will normally be shipped by Canada Post, DHL or Greyhound. Your order will normally be shipped with 1-2 business days upon receiving your order. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will contact you to let you know.
You will be notified by email of any goods that are on backorder with an estimated time of delivery. You may decide to wait for the backorder items, delete them from your order, or have them shipped separately.
Packages undeliverable and returned to us may be refunded in full, less the 2-way shipping expense.
